Michigan Wolverines NCAA Tournament History & Scores

Michigan Wolverines All-Time NCAA Tournament Record: 51-24

The Michigan Wolverines may be better known for their back-to-back NCAA Tournament Championship game losses in 1992 and 1993 with the Fab Five than their 1989 NCAA Tournament Championship win over Seton Hall. Michigan has advanced to the Final Four seven times in program history losing the National Championship game in 1965, 1976, 1992, 1993 and 2014. Michigan returned to the NCAA Tournament in 2009 after 11 years of not making the Big Dance. Michigan has also won the NIT Tournament three times in 1984, 1997 and 2004.
