Kansas State Wildcats NCAA Tournament History & Scores

Kansas State Wildcats All-Time NCAA Tournament Record: 31-28

The Kansas State Wildcats may not have the NCAA Tournament success of their in-state rivals Kansas, the Wildcats do have a pretty impressive resume with four Final Four appearances and an Elite Eight appearance in the 2010 NCAA Tournament. After a 12-year layoff without a NCAA Tournament appearance from 1996 to 2008, the Wildcats returned to the Big Dance in 2008 and again in 2010 under head coach Frank Martin.
