Indiana Hoosiers basketball notes:
The Hoosiers jack up nearly nine long balls per game. That’s not bad considering there are only six schools that hit them at a higher percentage. Robert Vaden and Marshall Strickland are the main long range threats, but just about everybody can knock them down. It’s not all about the perimeter in Bloomington; not even close. That’s because Marco Killingsworth can absolutely dominate the interior. Without the injured D.J. White, the frontcourt depth becomes an issue. Ben Allen has developed nicely as a freshman, but it will be very important for Killingsworth to stay out of foul trouble.
Likely 2006 NCAA Tournament finish: First round
