Who’s tired of expansion talk and ready for some actual football on the gridiron? While the long term future of your favorite college team is undoubtedly of the utmost importance, so is the short term prospects of their 2010 season!

We’re so glad you found your way to the 3rd annual collegesports-fans.com college football preview, one of the most accurate every year! After a successful 2008 campaign that was highlighted by the selection of Oklahoma to play for the National Championship and five correct championship predictions, our 2009 previews were even more accurate. We correctly predicted that:

• Texas would go undefeated, win the Big XII, and play for the National Championship
• Ohio State would win the Big Ten
• Boise State would win the WAC
• Central Michigan would win the MAC
• Troy would win the Sun Belt
• Florida would win the SEC East
• Houston would win the C-USA West

That’s five out of the eleven conference champions for the 2 nd consecutive season! But, like we said before publishing last season’s previews: We can do better.
