It is helpful that this is a team full of upperclassmen. The lack of a consistent outside shooting threat made it difficult for the big men to find space in the paint and it is important for Montgomery or Townsend to hit more long balls. Nobody on this team averaged more than one three-pointer per game and that is not going to be good enough to win a championship if it happens again.
